Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if you receive an item that is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  We want the opportunity to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Policy

  • Personalized or custom items are non-refundable
  • We have a 30-day return policy on most items.  All returns must be postmarked with 30 days after receiving your item.
  • All returns must be in new and unused condition.
  • Returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges and should use a trackable shipping method.  A return label can be provided.
  • We cannot accept returns of sale items, customized products, or gift cards.

To request a return please contact us at HumbleWisdomCreations@gmail.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  No refunds will be provided without a valid RMA number.  Place the item securely in its original packaging and send your return to the following address:

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and one the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we will let you know that the refund has been approved and you'll be refunded using your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your back or credit card company to process and post the refund.
