Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

We at Humble Wisdom Creations aim to fulfill orders on a daily basis.  Due to the nature of a small batch/hand poured candle company we may run low on stock and need to create your candle.  Please allow two extra days to our normal processing time.

PROCESSING TIME:

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most circumstances our products will ship within 2-3 business days. Custom orders may have extended processing times which we will communicate with you.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Custom orders may have extended processing times.  We will communicate the expected ship date at the time of order.

SHIPPING TIMES:

At this time, Humble Wisdom Creation is only able to ship to addresses in the USA.  Please allow 4 – 7 days after the estimated processing time to receive your order.  Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping company (USPS or UPS). Once the package is scanned by the shipping company, we no longer have control over delivery time, but will provide tracking information when available.  Humble Wisdom Creations is not responsible for delays or failed delivery of your package.
